This serviced apartment is well-suited for large groups of working people with fixed commuting needs, as it's quite far from the city center and tourist attractions. Located near an industrial area with lots of trucks, few restaurants, and limited shopping options, it's not ideal for tourists. The rooms are quite spacious, however, the equipment is somewhat outdated, amenities are minimal, and some areas have unpleasant odors. The staff are very friendly; it's just temporary accommodation, not a fully equipped hotel. Sometimes they forget to clean the room, leave behind slippers, or towels, but their service is good and they listen attentively. The bus and metro stations are quite far, and there's no overpass to cross the road, so using Uber is the best option.

Excessive odors and fragrances in the hallways are used to neutralize bad smells but can cause intoxication, and many amenities are lacking in the rooms.
