Great location
We booked this accomodation because of jacuzzi. It was the value that we expected for paying higher price. Unfortunately jacuzzi did not heat up to more than 32 degrees which was useless taking into consideration that the temperature outside was below 0. We gave it some time trying to heat it up but it didn't work so we contacted agency Novasol second day of our stay. But they reacted 2 month later claiming that they had a strike and also replied that we contacted them after the stay and they had no chance to remedy during our stay. They claimed it even after we sent them the proof that we contacted them during our stay. We also did not like hard matresses and there was no hairdryer.
