Je recommande cet hôtel.le personnel est vraiment adorable en particulier le serveur Najah....Aymen très à l'écoute.accueil chaleureux..petit déj extra .la nourriture est saine et très variée. RAS tout était parfait..animation tous les soirs une pepite .un plus les boissons servies à la piscine

Despite some of the negative reviews, I completely disagree. This is honestly one of my favourite hotels and I always look forward to coming back. From the moment you arrive, every member of staff makes you feel safe, welcome, and genuinely cared for. Reception are fantastic, making check-in smooth and even helping with luggage. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, and housekeeping always go above and beyond, often adding thoughtful little touches that make your stay extra special. The animation team are amazing at keeping the atmosphere fun and making sure everyone feels included. The evening entertainment is always enjoyable, and a special shoutout to Kimo, Neymar, Chris, Rada, Kaita, and Sonic – they are all incredible at what they do and truly make the holiday unforgettable. The boss deserves recognition too. It's so lovely to see the boss interacting with guests and taking the time to make sure everyone is having a great experience. That personal touch really sets this hotel apart. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, so there's always something for everyone. Overall, this hotel has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I can't wait to return!

Les anciennes chambres sont en mauvais état, avec des carrelages cassés, des matelas peu confortables et des lits bruyants. De plus, l’accueil de certains membres du personnel laisse à désirer.
