About this house rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Includes the entire walk-out basement with mountain views, a completely private space with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an oven, range, garbage disposer, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
We are about a five minute drive to Lagoon Amusement Park, and you can also easily walk to Station Park with great dining, shopping, cinema, and Western Sports Park. Our location offers easy access to I15 and a short drive to some of the world's greatest ski resorts such as Park City, Alta, and Snowbird.
We have three young children. We also have a sweet seven-year-old golden retriever. We are all good sleepers but we live on the main levels above and you may occasionally hear children making noise or the dog barking during your stay.
To get to the rental space (our walk-out basement) , you walk a short distance through the back yard - we don't yet have a path installed back there so if you're concerned about walking through grass that could be wet or snowy depending on the weather, this may not be the best place for you to stay.
Private double doors entrance. Check yourself in with the smart lock. Please no more than two adults and three children. When you book, please tell us a little bit about what brings you to town!

This VRBO is amazing! Josh, Tiffanee, and the kids were very welcoming and even with a welcoming gift. I can’t say enough great things about this rental. 10/10 and highly recommended for families or a solo traveler. Area is great, super safe, and easy to navigate. I’ll be back!
