It was a nice place to stay but it is pretty small. It was just my wife and I and my service dog. If we had anymore people then that it would feel cramped. Only parking for 1 vehicle. We only had one vehicle so it worked for us. Not much of a yard for our dog but we went to a dog park close by.

Parking was off street. Host was very friendly and helpful. Was everything we needed. One bad was the rooster across the street extremely early in the morning. Would rent again.

Good location of S. Payson which is closer to Phoenix of about 1.5 hr drive. In a quiet street but easy to access stores nearby. In a home setting for traveller to relax and rest.
