About this house rental
Located in St Charles, walking distance to SeaBreeze rec center on a dead end street (I also have a 2 bedroom Villa in Buttonwood VRBO #3891438 very close by if you need to split nights because of my availability & 3brs by Brownwood #4653021) Open floor plan with split bedrooms. My favorite spot in the house is the bar! It's great for working. Pet friendly because they are family! 2 Golf carts & guest passes included! Coffee pods, grounds, sweeteners and creamers are provided. I don't like to pay pet or cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too.........so I don't charge them!

The house/furnishings and cleanliness were very nice!! The house was better than the pictures so take that into consideration. Our grandson loved the house i.e. the room he chose to sleep in!! That made my husband and I verrrry happy!!!The kitchen and closets were very nicely stocked!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again!!Thank you Christine!!!
