SIS's Romantic treehouse is uniquely designed and decorated. It is located on 26 acres with mature trees. Located privately from our home in the woods. Spring water in treehouse for your needs. Furnished with every thing you need: full bed with soft linens, 2 lofts with twin beds and linens, table & chairs, comfy large soft chair, cooking wear, dishes, microwave, electric burner, refrigerator & freezer, toaster, iron, hairdryer, blankets, towels, linens, soft robes, dvd with tv and collection of dvds, outside clean toilet, outside hot shower, double hammock, fire pit, quietly tucked in the lush forest. Can walk and explore the private woods of 26 acres. Come enjoy a peaceful stay tucked away in the large trees. Enjoy seeing deer, squirrels, birds, pilated woodpeckers and our very 4 large pyrenees dogs family and striped kitty cat. WVU Stadium 15 minutes from location. Botanical Gardens 10 minutes up road, Coopers Rock, Cheat Lake with boating and swimming 15 min. away. Lots of good variety of restaurants with close distance. West Virginia University 15 minutes from location.

Host was great, showed us how everything worked, and where things were stored. Very cozy room, comfy beds, and rustic appeal. Shower was outside, but easy to use and I didn't get cold using it. I will be back, it's a great spot close to WVU and Cheat Lake.

The location is perfect! Out in the woods but just a short drive to town. Kathleen is a great hostess and thinks of all things including snacks. We loved the fire pit.

Booking the house was easy. The process for acceptance took a mater of 2 hours. We stayed at the tree house for 3 nights in August.. We had a wonderful time. Kathleen is great host. The house was stocked with everything you needed. The house was neat and welcoming. She does not only care about you being in the house but you as a person. She gives you text suggestions of attractions in the area. We were out on a rainy day and she texted to make sure we were ok. There are some fine eating establishments in the surrounding area. We plan on returning next year.
