However, you're on 55 acres and you may encounter seasonal pests. Stink bugs, bees, ticks etc. (fall and spring).

Needs to be explained alot better you stay in a basement of a home that is vacant. Also the second room is outside so you get wet or get cold going to it. Rather than that great place for 1 night.
