The house was clean and newly decorated. We had all the amenities we needed for a friends getaway weekend. Property manager was quick to respond and was able to let us in a little early due to changes in travel. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time in College Station. House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood near campus and is as advertised. Communication with host was EXCELLENT. The overall 4 star rating needs a little explanation. When initially booking house I sent my request prior to the host adjusting the price upwards for an A&M home game. The host notified me prior to accepting my request and we reached an agreement on a price higher than what was originally quoted online. Please know that I do not believe this was done with any intent to defraud. I truly believe that I just requested the house faster than the host was able to adjust the normal pricing. And the compromise was honored by both parties. Although I was irritated that I didn’t get the advertised price, I wouldn’t normally have mentioned this had it not been for one other hiccup. When we arrived the AC was not working. Again, not the host’s fault. Unfortunately our arrival was at 4:00 pm on a Friday. The host contacted multiple AC repair shops but wasn’t able to get fixed until 11 the next day so our first night was 87 degrees. Host corrected as soon as possible. I just wish there would have been an offer to give me some sort of credit for the inconvenience, especially since I had agreed to pay more than originally quoted, Again, great house. Safe, nice neighborhood. Excellent communication. Just an unfortunate issue with AC…which was corrected quickly.
