The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must have a valid driver's license for access to the community.
Keyless entry for your convenience, with the door code provided before check-in date.
The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and for your entire reservation.
* Request must be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.
Enjoy delicious BBQ meals with Gas Propane BBQ.
We offer a BBQ extra service, including post-use cleaning and propane gas refill for $100 (plus taxes) upon request prior to check-in.
Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Beautiful condo with a great location. The accommodations were perfect for a large family. We especially liked the large dining tables so we could all gather together. The kids loved the private backyard pool. The location was ideal for both Disney and Universal. We highly recommend.

We had the best week staying at this Vrbo! It was the perfect location close to all the local fav restaurants and attractions. The decor of the home was beautifully done! The layout was perfect for three different families. Our fav thing about this home was the outside area! This pool deck is double the size to anywhere else we’ve stayed. Tons of seating and a beautiful built in grill with outdoor fridge for some fun beverages! The kids (and adults) loved the games room too! We can’t wait to go back!!

House is very nice. Very comfortable for 13 high school girls and one adult to stay. Kitchen supplies…pots/pans, bowls, silverware, plates were all very adequate. Very nice backyard, pool area. Plenty of space to entertain. Next time we will pay for the pool heat because the pool area/chairs is a great space.
Only complaint is that I couldn’t get hot water at the kitchen sink. Luke warm was the warmest it would get. I like to clean pots/pans with hot water.
Has a coffee maker and a small keurig. Listing didn’t mention this.
