This cozy and bright 82 m² vacation rental features four ground-floor rooms as well as a terrace with a private garden, *garden furniture, a hammock, a grill area, numerous flowers and herbs, and a sunbathing area with a large walnut tree.

2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, and the well-equipped, cozy kitchen ensure a relaxing stay for up to four people.
The furnishings—featuring unique solid wood furniture, a Swiss stone pine bed, and two wood-burning stoves—create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vacation rental has its own entrance with a small porch. From there, the parking space is easily accessible. Starting in March '25, a WALLBOX for your electric car will be available in the courtyard.
Thanks to modern broadband internet access—available via cable or Wi-Fi—guests are well connected. This makes the vacation rental, for example, an ideal place for working from home.
The small farm is located on the Püggener Mühlenbach in the small village of Groß Gaddau, surrounded by meadows, fields, and wooded areas.
The landscape is gently rolling and densely forested. These idyllic surroundings are perfect for relaxing bike rides and long walks. Stargazers can look forward to an impressively clear night sky.
Nearby, you’ll find swimming pools, horseback riding stables, forests, “Rundling” villages, and the golf course in Zernien.
Trips to the Elbe River and the half-timbered towns of Lüchow, Hitzacker, Dannenberg, Lüneburg, or Salzwedel are well worth it in any weather.
Every year, between Ascension Day and Pentecost, the “Kulturelle Landpartie” takes place in the Wendland region, and the “Sommerliche Musiktage Hitzacker” runs for nine days starting on the last Saturday in July.
