We really loved staying in this tiny house. It was perfect. The bed was comfortable and having the kitchen was a plus. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

I had booked a week but a family issue called me away after the 2nd night. I left the apartment cleaner than I found it--freshly made bed--no trash--and fresh linens (as I had brought my own). I did leave some frozen vegetables--unopened--in the freezer as I could not take them with me. I let the owner, housekeeper and Evolve know of my sudden departure and the fact I had left the place impeccable. The Owner said he "couldn't refund anything" because the Evolve team wouldn't let him. Evolve stated they tried to get some money back but the owner wouldn't let them refund anything. I'm a single, 71-year-old woman who still works. This was my vacation. I can assure you, that despite the fact I have lots of friends who hang out in Pine Top I would NEVER RECOMMEND this listing to anyone..
