*POOL IS OPEN FROM EARLY MAY THROUGH 10/31. HOT TUB IS OPEN ALL YEAR* The ultimate getaway for large groups or families! Perfect for relaxation with a large hot tub and pool! A fenced backyard, a family room in the basement, & plenty of sleeping space! Two master bedroom suites with private bathrooms & a king bed. Completely remodeled with modern mid-century décor & a fully stocked kitchen, will make you feel right at home. Conveniently located with quick access to major highways.
Completely updated in the summer of 2023! Three 4K TVs, designated office space & a playroom. 2-separate living room areas making it ideal for large groups. Plenty of rooms with a m quiet space dedicated to an office, and a home is equipped with board games, toys, and children`s books. Both the hot tub and the pool are professionally cleaned weekly.
Access to the entire home. The garage is used to keep the garbage cans and some storage but in the event that you may need an additional parking garage space, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Less than 5 minutes to Garmin Headquarters and MidAmerica Nazarene University. 25-30 minutes drive to downtown Kansas City and Kansas City International Airport.
Parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway and ample street parking.
ATTENTION: No lifeguards on duty, children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
For your safety, no pool access is allowed during rain and thunderstorms.

Our Team stayed at Johnny’s house while we attended training at Resurrection UMC. The house was perfect; it was just as advertised. Good kitchen. Good den / gathering space. Johnny is a great host and answered questions quickly when needed. We would 100% stay again.
