The poolside patio includes a convenient outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals alfresco while the kiddos splash in the pool.
Inside, this air-conditioned retreat offers a coastal-themed living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and a smart TV to keep you entertained during your stay - stream everyone's favorite movies, and don't miss your series while on vacation! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is a nice little property tucked away in a small, quiet community close to Jacksonville. The prized amenity of this property is the fantastic pool with screened in pool deck. Lounging in the water, watching lizards scamper about is very therapeutic. The home is well appointed with all the household amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Even the propane grill outside is clean and ready for outdoor cooking when you arrive. This property is located a stones throw from Mayport Naval Station so you have operational flights from military aircraft, helicopters and the occasional plane, throughout the weekdays. The weekends are usually more quiet. This "sound of freedom" is not off-putting and can be mitigated with a white noise machine should you want to take a midday nap. There is a small convenience store, seafood market and two seafood restaurants within walking distance from this property. We have rented this home twice now for our routine visits to Jacksonville and will continue to consider it for future trips. It is outside of the city but close enough to be convenient.

Our family enjoyed this vacation house. The location was close to beaches, activities, and local restaurants. Check-in process was not as smooth as other houses we've stayed. The door would not open with the code so we had to call and was given the code for the key lockbox. Once inside, the house was clean and fully equipped with eveything needed for our stay including beach chairs for days at the beach. The beds were comfy. Pool towels were provided by the back door going out to the pool. The pool was a nice size and had balls and floats for the kiddos. The DVD player was unable to be used since there was no cord to plug into the TV. We had an awkward encounter with the neighbors. Upon returning after a long day at the beach, we pulled into the driveway to see neighbors trying to go into the locked fence for a swim in the pool. They asked if we were staying there and then went back to their house. Awkward moment for sure. Overall we enjoyed the house and would look at staying again.

Home is just like the pictures. It was fully equipped with pots and towels etc. The pool is big and it is spacious outside. House came with balls to play volleyball my family enjoyed it.
