Romantic Garden is a private oasis set within a traditional Sorrentine lemon grove, just a short walk from the center of Sorrento. Hidden behind its gate, the villa offers a rare combination of privacy, space and authentic Mediterranean charm. Surrounded by greenery, it feels peaceful and secluded while remaining within easy reach of restaurants, shops and the lively heart of the town, making it ideal for families and groups.
The Space:
Romantic Garden is spread over one level and has been designed in a clean contemporary style, with elegant interiors, natural tones and carefully selected design furniture that blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment.
The entrance opens onto a bright and welcoming living space featuring a large sofa, a modern fireplace and a refined dining area, ideal for spending time together.
From the living area, there is access to two mezzanine bedrooms, each with one double bed and one double sofa bed, both with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers.
On the same level, a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom offers a quiet and comfortable space, enhanced by large windows and natural light.
A fully equipped modern kitchen, a guest bathroom and a laundry room complete the interior layout, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Outdoor living
The outdoor areas are one of the true highlights of the property.
The villa is accessed through a charming lemon grove that leads to a private entrance gate and on-site parking. Around the house, multiple outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and convivial moments, including shaded lounging areas and al fresco dining spaces.
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a traditional pizza oven allows for unforgettable evenings under the Sorrentine sky, while the jacuzzi area, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, offers the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the coast.
The Neighborhood:
Romantic Garden is located in one of the most pleasant residential areas of Sorrento, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience.
From the villa, it is possible to reach the town center in around 10–15 minutes on foot, where guests will find a wide selection of restaurants, local trattorias, cafés and shops. The area is lively and authentic, yet the villa itself remains peaceful and private, away from the crowds.
Getting Around:
Romantic Garden enjoys a convenient location in Sorrento, making it easy to explore the surrounding area both on foot and with organized transport.
The center of Sorrento, with its shops, restaurants, cafés and access to the port and train station, can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes on foot. The walk is pleasant and allows guests to fully experience the local atmosphere of the area.
From Sorrento, it is easy to reach major destinations such as Capri, Positano and Amalfi via ferry or organized boat tours. Public transportation, including buses and trains, also provides connections to Pompeii, Naples and other nearby locations.

Arrival and Departure: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Tourist tax: €4 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

External suppliers, including private chefs, catering services or event vendors, are not permitted. All services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy. We are delighted to host intimate celebrations with curated menus and the full support of our Concierge team. Please get in touch for a preliminary indication of feasibility and costs.

Everything about this property was amazing and even better than the pictures. The location was great and in walking distance to the center. Highly recommend staying here if you have a large group as it was extremely nice and affordable.

Property was just as described and very comfortable for the 5 people in our party. 2 bedrooms are lofts, and all 3 have private bathrooms with showers. There is a 4th bathroom with shower, too. Full kitchen is fully stocked with essentials (plates, glasses, pots/pans, utensils, etc). We couldn't find the power to turn on the espresso maker, but everything else worked great. There is a jacuzzi spa outside, and the surrounding garden is very cozy. There is also a gas-powered pizza oven, which we did not use. Our host Max was extremely helpful and immediately responsive to any questions or issues. One note that the garden is shielded with protective coverings that hold in moisture, which may impact those with allergies. We couldn't get the AC to go lower than 20C and some of the screens had large holes - had they not, we may have been more comfortable sleeping at night with open windows/doors instead of AC. We found the location to be perfect - mostly flat 10 to 15 min walk to city center (no crazy hills). Would definitely stay here again!!

We were a family of 8 traveling through Italy. Four of us had been to Sorrento before and it was a priority for us. The location is away from the city center (which we knew), so that was a minor inconvenience. However, the house and its surroundings were very special. We made lemonade from the lemons on the property every day.
We arranged to have a private pizza party using the outdoor pizza oven on the property. It was one of the best memories of our trip. It was more food than we could eat. It started with focaccia, then four different kinds of pizza (margarita, diavolo, sausage and potatoes, and a white pizza with fresh tomatoes and basil). The two 20-year-olds were invited to make their own pizzas, which they loved, and then there was Nutella pizza for dessert. The company that owns the villa also offers a number of other tours and experiences, although we did not take advantage of them.
The photos do not make it obvious that there are in fact three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are suites of sorts; There is a pull-out couch and full bath on the ground floor, and another bed upstairs in a loft. The loft does not have much in the way of a railing, which is likely why children are not permitted to stay at the property. Also not clear is that there is a hot tub right outside the patio doors, which had cool water in it at the time of our stay. It was a wonderful way to cool off and relax at the end of our long days.

This is a magical spot. The property manager is excellent and responsive. The house is bright, big and immaculate. The gardens are beautiful. The hot tub well located. Simply stellar in every way.
