Peaceful pool home just 3 mins away from the 5 mile loop hiking trail, 4 mins from California Botanic Garden & 5 mins away from Claremont Village (filled with shops and top rated restaurants). Driving distance to Disneyland, museums, and zoos. Cycle around town and finish the day by freshening up in the renovated pool. Enjoy cooking in the remodeled & spacious kitchen. All restrooms also remodeled. Included for your convenience: wifi, parking, smart TV & AC.

Master bedroom with bathroom access from room. Master bedroom includes sliding door to backyard. 2 bedrooms with twin bed that converts to king size bed. To convert bed, pull out the bottom portion. The bed has 2 mattresses. Simply slide the top mattress above the pulled out portion to complete the conversion from twin to king size bed. 4th bedroom has a full size bed. There’s a total of 3 TV’s in the home. One in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the blue room.
Other things to note
Home is attached to ADU located on left side when facing home. ADU tenants have their own entrance and no access to any part of the main house. ADU tenant has 2 parking spaces available on the left side of driveway. guest have the 2 parking spaces on the right of the driveway.
