solid unit. Carpets need cleaning. range hood and air vents need cleaning. linens, towels basic .alarm went off 3 times early morning day we left for no apparent reason. a bit nervous with 3 young children there.called the owner who replied immediatly and they had no clue why that happened. it was a first time occurance.
