About this house rental
We invite you to stay at our newly remodeled home close to PSU campus and downtown Sate College. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home, new to the rental market, is a perfect home base for Penn State football weekends and other campus events. Convenient to 2 Beaver Stadium shuttle stops or drive to Beaver Stadium in 10 minutes.
Location in the Park Forest neighborhood provides walking access to parks and playgrounds. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a mile of the house:
- Wegmans, Aldi, Trader Joe’s
- Target, Walmart
- Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, QDOBA, Starbucks
- Otto’s Pub and Brewery, Champs Sports Grille
The front door opens to a comfy family room with a 55” Roku Smart TV. From the family room, access the deck overlooking the backyard. The family room is fully open to the brand new kitchen. The main level also has a dining room with seating for six. Down the hallway is a full bath, a bedroom with a full bed, and two queen bedrooms. The lower level includes another family room with a 50” Smart TV, full bath, queen bedroom, and a washer/dryer.
Bedding and bath towels are provided along with paper towels and toilet paper for your convenience. Toiletries are also available for guest use. The kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K-cups, tea, and snacks.
The driveway has parking for 3 cars. The home has keyless entry making check in easy. You can drop your bags, experience everything Penn State University and State College have to offer, and enjoy a comfortable home away from home.
Please note, in case of allergies, owners have dogs.

Our family came to visit our brother at Penn State and had a fantastic stay! The house is incredibly well stocked, location was great, check in was very easy, couldn't recommend more!

This is a lovely home and met our needs perfectly for a weekend at Penn State fitting the whole family. Jamie was very responsive to questions and offered multiple ways to get in touch should we need them for anything.

The property is situated in a lovely and cozy neighborhood that seems far removed from the hustle and bustle of State College PA. However it is actually very close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities and such a short few minutes drive to the campus. The house itself is very well laid out to hold many people. We had 8 adults and never felt cramped. The hosts have made sure that anything and everything is available in the house for your use from bathroom and laundry necessities, an iron and ironing board, extra blankets, to snacks and sparkiling waters. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with anything one would need to prepare a great meal from whatever groceries one might bring or buy at the grocery store mere minutes away.. We did not get an opportunity to use the very nice deck and backyard area due to weather, but it sure looks inviting for a backyard barbecue. The host was very attentive and checked with us to make sure check in went ok, and kept us informed about a power outage in the neighborhood that did not actually affect us. Overall, this property is a 5 star if you are looking to stay in a quiet quaint neighborhood close to amenities and the University. Thank you Jamie for providing a great place for our family to stay.
