All bedrooms have a TV, as well as ample closet and dresser space. There is a sofa sleeper and a murphy bed too, so six can be accommodated in the bedrooms with an additional three in the extra sleeping areas. There is an additional charge for guest over six. In unit laundry facilities are free.

Winter is not the best time to visit. A snowstorm hit the day we arrived and the snow removal service didnt come for several days. There was a lot of ice build-up around back sides of house/along driveway and near hot tub and our son fell when trying to get out of vechicle. Great view of river from upstairs window and kitchen.
