Clean property with updated bathrooms and large open living area. Walking in I was skeptical due to bus stop and surroundings but location was very secure and the inside was a delight. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and bathrooms updated and lovely. Could use a little more furniture in living room if hosting a larger group but otherwise great! Location was close to walk to everything we needed. Would stay again.

The apartment is very clean and has plenty of space. Walking distance to restaurants and campus if you are visiting Rensselaer. Troy itself is a bit sketchy. A lot of homeless right around the area. We didn’t feel unsafe though. Each bedroom door has a keypad lock. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our bedroom once.

Stayed for a week. Very comfortable and quiet. Very friendly owner, property manager and cleaning staff. Great location and convenient area. Any issues were taken care of in a reasonable time. I recommend and would return if ever needed.

Communication and checking were good. Had to clean hair out of master bath. HVAC on narrow staircase is a head hazard.
Cable TV was out entire stay during football season.to owners credit he tried to get Spectrum to fix it.
Location is a little dicey but ok if you’re careful.
But located in good proximity to downtown action.
