Welcome to your perfect stay for visiting everything DC has to offer only a short drive away! This spacious & luxurious townhome is located right off of 395 in a quiet, family neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. It also offers private garage parking as well as a driveway.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2250 sqft) townhome sleeps 8 and delivers top of the line luxury to include a newly renovated open concept main floor, 65" Sony TV w/ Sonos Soundbar (including Flex and Apple TV), super high speed internet, motorized (voice controlled) blackout shades, Sonos speakers on each level, granite counter tops, a large island, breakfast bar and plenty of dishes, pots, and pans to enjoy group meals whether you want to order in or cook up a storm.
Ready to ride? Within 15 minutes you can be at our nation's capital soaking in all the sights! Don't feel like driving? The metro station is one mile away and you can catch a bus from right outside the front door.
Need snacks? There's a 7/11 a forty-five second walk from the front door and better yet, a Safeway grocery store 1/4 mile away from the property located in Van Dorn Plaza.
*Queen bed in the office is a 20" high Serta Never Flat air mattress. It stays inflated all night and has three comfort settings: firm, medium, or plush.
*15% of all net proceeds are donated to Next Step Equal Education, a non-profit that builds schools and provides educational resources for indigenous children in Guatemala.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood in the hustle & bustle of the city. The house is wonderful and it's easy to access the bus and metro system. Great for day trips in and out of the city!! Parking in the garage is great!! Been was an amazing host!! I would recommend this house.

My family and I went up to DC to visit family and our stay was fantastic. Ben was so helpful and very attentive. His home was spacious, beautiful and close to everything. We truly enjoyed ourselves there and we would certainly stay again!

A fantastic property that was exactly as promised! Ben is such an attentive and thoughtful host, and his communication with us was amazing. The property exceeded our expectations in every way our host Ben could not have been more cordial in accommodating to our needs and requests . He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was very attentive to everything we asked of him. When and if we come back to this area, we will most definitely stay at his townhouse. I would recommend him to everybody!
