About this house rental
Located in the heart of the Atlantic Forest, in a secluded spot with no neighbors and on a quiet street.
A very special place to spend a vacation with friends and family or even a few days working from home.
A 10-minute walk from the beach.
From any room in the house, you can see and hear the trees and birds. Is there anything more relaxing than that?
Our recently renovated home has two floors (first floor and first floor), with several pleasant and spacious areas, both indoors and outdoors.
The outdoor kitchen area is covered and features a grill, pizza oven, countertop, and sink.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have views of the outdoors and ceiling fans.
The ground-floor bedroom is a suite with views of the mountains and nature.
The other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor: 1 suite with a balcony, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a balcony. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom, a small living room, and a spacious balcony separate from those attached to the bedrooms.
On the first floor, there’s a kitchen that opens onto the outdoor dining area, a spacious living room with a fireplace—very bright and featuring three distinct areas: a TV area, a relaxation area, and a workspace.
Shower and outdoor balcony.
Parking for 2 cars inside the house and additional parking at the entrance.
Gated community with 24-hour security, restaurants including pizzerias, a sushi bar, a mini-market, an açaí shop, and a bakery...
We do not provide bedding or towels.
The pool is closed from May through November.
