The fully equipped kitchenette boasts brand new appliances, including a full-sized fridge, a versatile microwave/oven/air fryer combo, a coffee maker, and basic cooking supplies. Everything you need to make cooking a breeze is at your fingertips.
The open concept living room is perfect for streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV, which supports Netflix, Hulu, Starz, and your personal subscriptions. Store your belongings in the spacious closet with plenty of room for storage in the back.
Unwind in the soothing tub of the renovated bathroom after a long day of work or exploring nearby attractions. The studio conveniently leads into the shared garage, where you can access the washer/dryer for free.
Now, the best part! Just across the street lies the picturesque, 92-acre Norris Lake, surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility. Lake Drive is a convenient 3.1 mile loop around the lake, perfect for runners and walkers. Guests staying for more than 3 months will enjoy access to the community pool, beach area, boat dock, and sunset park—embracing the lakeside lifestyle with breathtaking sunsets only a 5-minute walk away. Guests staying for a shorter time will enjoy the lovely scenery, tranquil nature surrounds and gorgeous lake sunrises and sunsets!
Throughout your stay, I'll be on-site with my people-friendly dog, Jinks, ready to assist you with anything you need. All are welcome in our home... except, other furry friends, unfortunately!
