This is a sweet little house and they have done a great job of packing a lot of function in the small upstairs. Kitchen is tiny, but kudos to everything being so well thought out that it worked just fine for us. The downstairs/basement area is actually very spacious. We didn’t use it because it’s carpeted and we did not want to risk our little dog having an accident, but it would be enjoyable for someone who would. Neighbors on the right/alley side of house were a little noisy but not offensive and not too late. We walked all over the surrounding area and downtown from the house. Overall it worked out great.

Great location to downtown and MSU. The house was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. We especially loved the outdoor seating.

As advertised. Great place with thoughtful touches. Basement didn’t feel like a basement at all. Yard and porch were great. Location to Main St perfect. Close but quiet.
