This spacious holiday home is located in Ørding on the island of Mors in the Limfjord and has been freshly renovated for the 2023 season. The property combines modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway. The house features a new kitchen with direct access to both the TV room and the dining area, creating a comfortable and practical space for cooking, dining, and socializing. A lovely conservatory provides additional seating and is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a television package for entertainment. Outside, a cozy terrace and lawn area offer a pleasant spot to enjoy the outdoors, whether for morning coffee, reading, or playtime with children. Upstairs in the attic, there are three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, providing plenty of space and privacy for all guests. The bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a shower, underfloor heating for extra comfort, and a washing machine and dryer, adding convenience for longer stays. The surrounding area around the Limfjord is known for its many beautiful and child-friendly beaches, ideal for swimming, sand play, and water sports. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
