Le Cocoon d'Etretat is a fully equipped accommodation for 2 to 3 people. It is part of a long house divided into 3 independent homes. Located just 3 km from Etretat, its location allows you to visit various tourist sites while being in a quiet countryside area.
The accommodation is on 2 levels and is equipped with:
On the ground floor: a kitchen with a TV lounge area, including an oven, gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils, plus a bathroom with WC.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom.
Outside, a terrace area with garden furniture and deck chairs.
The accommodation is located within the Domaine des Platanes.
Private parking for 1 car is at the entrance to the property.

Potty, toilet seat reducer, step stool
Bath
1 changing mat
End-of-stay cleaning included. A minimum of tidying up is requested.
DEPOSIT: €250 before arrival.
Bed linen and towels available as an option +€12 for a single bed per stay or €24 for a double bed per stay.
Beds are not made up; linen is laid out.
Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or any loud noise disturbances are forbidden.
CAPACITY 3 persons (including children and babies).
ARRIVAL from 5 pm and DEPARTURE by 10 am.
Late departure possible on request (prior agreement) until 2 pm +€40 or 6 pm +€70.
This property is one of the oldest farms in the village. It is composed of several buildings that have been transformed into vacation accommodations. Its green setting is perfect for a stay with family or friends. Its location is ideal for visiting Etretat and its surroundings. Fécamp, Yport and Honfleur are other destinations to visit. The sea and the various beaches will allow everyone to recharge their batteries.
