Vacation apartment in Vieste, in the heart of the historic
center among the most beautiful seaside villages in the Gargano. The
house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer and TV. Splendid sea-view terrace with solarium. It offers up to 6 beds.

The
three-room apartment is located in one of the oldest houses in the
historic center, renovated preserving the charm of the simplest historic
dwellings.
It is located on the second floor and is reached by an
internal staircase. The house has an entrance to a large living room
with dining room, double sofa bed and TV, with a small balcony overlooking the sea. A characteristic arch separates the living area from the kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. Also present are 2 shower rooms.
Completing the apartment is a large terrace with sea view that
is spread over several levels, with dining area, relaxing lounges and
solarium: the perfect place to relax outdoors while enjoying a postcard
view.

The
vacation home is located in the heart of the historic center of Vieste,
in an area away from traffic and interdicted to cars, to fully enjoy
the beautiful old town.
The dwelling is located between the Norman
Swabian castle and the town`s cathedral, with sea views only 150 meters
away and the beautiful Pizzomunno beach less than 500 meters away, within walking distance.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
