Location was excellent. Short convenient walk to the beach. The space was spacious and accommodated my family without feeling cramped. One of the tvs was not working on arrival. The host was very responsive and had a new tv delivered.

We loved all the space for our family. The kids stayed on the bottom floor and the adults on the second and third floor. The top floor has a beautiful view of Fort Macon and the ocean. I loved all the storage space so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool is very nicely kept and there was plenty of parking with a very short walk to the beach.

The location of this condo is awesome! Right across from the pool and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the location very much. We came in and realized that the property had not been properly cleaned (sheets not changed, random tiles laying on the floor, old non working TV laying beside TV). We contacted the host and she was helpful but lower TV never worked properly, and we had to change all the sheets (there were extras). It’s a 3 level condo and the bunk beds are on bottom level. My older kids could sleep down there but anyone with small children should know bunks are on bottom by the main exit door. It’s a nicely decorated condo and the host did respond to text, but overall the cleanliness of the condo was pretty bad (I truly think the cleaning people just didn’t do their job). Would definitely stay in the condo complex rate again.
