This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

Very nice location central to most things in the area. The house itself was very nice and the separation of the bedrooms gave everyone the feeling of separate privacy. The beds were all very comfortable. However, there were ants consistently in the master bathroom as well as the kitchen. I don’t feel for this amount of money that that should have been occurring. The sectional couch in the main living area was not connected - the three sections came apart, despite the men in our party trying to fix that. The couch split apart very easily - this was dangerous for my grandchildren and anyone else sitting on the couch. Again for this amount of money the home rents for, they should have a couch that’s all attached. Overall, we had a wonderful time, but I’m not sure I would select this location again for those reasons.

We stayed here for several nights and there were definitely some positives, but also several maintenance and comfort issues worth noting.The location is excellent — being at the end of the street near the ocean was a huge plus. While there isn’t direct beach access from the end of the street unless you climb down the rocks, there are public stairs to the beach just a few blocks away, making the location very convenient.That said, the home itself did not feel especially well maintained. Upon arrival, the house was hot and stuffy, and we struggled constantly with temperature control. Downstairs feeling damp and muggy while upstairs remained quite warm. The downstairs also had a noticeable musty smell.As a heads up for future guests, there is no air conditioning which was something we admittedly took for granted. Even though outdoor temperatures were not especially hot during our stay, we found ourselves needing to keep windows open day and night to maintain a comfortable temperature.Cleanliness and maintenance—we noticed dead bugs on top of the dining room light fixture, several pieces of deck furniture were rusted, the upstairs deck screen door appeared broken or was not functioning properly, and there was a significant ant problem throughout the property — including the kitchen and bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The squeegee in the primary bath had mold.Wasn’t our favorite stay. If maintenance and cleanliness were better, it would have been great.
