2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with balcony close to beach access.

The condo was well appointed, extremely clean and nicely furnished. Arrival was a bit confusing. We did not receive the code and the unit was not ready at the given time. We communicated with the owner and he quickly resolved the issues. The owner called multiple times to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was reasonably equipped but had a limited arrangement of dishes and glassware. The unit had minimal starter kits including toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. There are shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms, but a few were watered down. Beds were very comfortable. The unit had an outside storage bin for beach accessories including chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, Unfortunately, other units had been using them and some of the equipment was unusable, but still managed to find a couple of chairs to fit our needs. The view from the balcony was great and loved the south sun in the afternoon for relaxing and people watching. The unit is close to multiple beach access points and the free bus stop was close by. Overall we enjoyed our time on Padre Island and would not hesitate to stay at this unit again.
