This beautiful refurbished and decorated exclusive large apartment with canal view at the famous Prinsen Canal. This apartment is located at a luxurious 17th century property on the "Prinsengracht", the most famous canal in Amsterdam, officially registered as UNESCO heritage.
This Exclusive Apartment features all amenities you may expect at an exclusive large apartment such as a flat-screen Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, nicely furnished spacious seating area, fully equipped kitchen, separate large ding area, 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
Max number of guests allowed is 4 persons.
I give my guests space but I am available when needed.
Every guest is appointed a Personal Concierge, with local knowledge at key destinations.
Feel comfortable during your stay because our team is at your service.
The apartment is only on a 2 minute walking distance from famous Jordaan, Anne Frank-House, Nine Streets and about 5 minutes to the famous Dam square.

You have exclusive use of this luxurious large apartment during your entire stay.
The main entrance is on the ground floor where you will find a large living room, large open kitchen, patio and bedroom with king-size bed and fully equipped bathroom.A wide staircase leads you from the hallway to the basement with two large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom.
Also here you have access to the same patio.

Taxi pick-up from Amsterdam Airport is one of our standard services and free of charge.
The apartment is only 8 minutes by tram from the central train station with very good train connections from Amsterdam Airport.
There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this neighborhood. We could also provide a "Parking space" in a private parking garage for only €30,00 per day!
IMPORTANT: The private parking garage is a only a few hundred meter from the apartment!
Will be appreciated to receive additional travel information and expected arrival time in advance.
After receiving this additional travel information our team will contact you with additional information regarding your check-in.
The host or related property manager of the property will contact you directly to arrange check-in.
Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals.
Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.
The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.
Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.

We loved this great location and lovely apartment! It is right in the heart of everything, right on the same street as the Anne Frank house. The only 2 issues we had was that the address listed on the VRBO confirmation was not accurate and so our family member who met up with us was dropped off several blocks away with all her suitcases. The correct address was however included in the messaging confirmation but we didn't cross-check this--likely an issue on VRBO's end, but just a heads-up. The other bigger issue was that the host did not respond to our messages for weeks at a time once we reserved/paid for the reservation. We had to call after no-responses both times. We didn't reach the host but instead a central management company who would then relay the message apparently to the host and then we would get a response on the VRBO site the next day. This was a bit nerve-wracking considering the distance we were traveling and money and very different from other VRBO hosts who respond promptly. It stressed us out a bit. The good news is that it all worked out well once we got there. The host met us upon arrival, although we did not have any contact after that. So if you rent this apartment (which we would recommend is well worth it) just be aware of these 2 issues and know that you will love it once there. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This apt is everything we hoped for: clean with many nice amenities, comfy beds and great showers, very centrally located. We especially enjoyed the reproductions of the Masters that were hanging on the walls…reminded us every day that we were in Amsterdam. Both Diana and her home are just lovely. Highly recommend this rental.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam and Susan's apartment. The entire process from booking to car transportation was seamless. Susan and her team take customer experience to another level. As a Super Host she will not let you down. The apartment is just doors away from the Anne Frank Huis. We loved being close to everything right out our door. Always felt safe. The apartment is very quiet and never felt like the noise from the neighborhood effected us while we slept. The bedrooms are in the lower level and back of apartment. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
