Sun Room - Double Bed - There are blinds in the room, but it is not a true bedroom. No direct AC, but it is open to the living room, which has an AC unit (Split System)
Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen - Open concept, Smart TV with Cable, AC unit (Split System - Works very well to cool the space fast)
Lanai - Oceanviews under the covered lanai and BBQ
Beach gear/towels are provided for guests to use
Walk to Beach 69 from the backyard of the house. You can access the beach from a public easement located behind the house. This house is not on the beach but set one house back.
This neighborhood is located off Old Puako Rd. There is a small gate and a cluster of homes. This property has direct walking access to Beach 69 through the neighborhood (not the parking area). It is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, perfect for your next vacation.
All Guests are subject to pay all state and local taxes as required for the rental. These amounts may be subject to change per these government agencies. Guests are required to sign the HCP rental agreement upon booking

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at this house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the house had a decent view towards the ocean, and was a short 2 block walk to the beach. Snorkeling was great at the beach and it wasn't too crowded. The house had plenty of room and had lots of decent cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Geckos laid eggs in and screwed up the master bedroom AC unit so it wasn't working when we got there, but the house host was quick to get it fixed. We'd definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Beautiful property, outstanding location. House could use a deep clean and minor maintenance/ upkeep. Very quiet neighbourhood & gorgeous beach access, but not exactly swimmable. Loved the outdoor space and access to beach gear.
