Welcome to the Nordseeresort 54 “Südwester” vacation home in Büsum—your spacious, detached vacation home for a relaxing North Sea getaway with family or friends!
With 107 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 8 people. The house features 4 rooms, including 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for spending vacation days together while still offering plenty of space to retreat. As a smoke-free home, it provides a pleasant and well-maintained atmosphere of comfort. Thanks to central heating, you’ll feel right at home even during the cooler months.
Living & Enjoying Time Together
Spread over two floors, you’ll find a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa nook and several TVs. The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings together. The open kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes and silverware.
A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere—perfect for relaxing evenings after a day in the fresh North Sea air.
Everyday comfort
To ensure you feel completely at ease, a washer and dryer are available for your personal use. A starter kit, a vacuum cleaner, and all essential household items are also provided. Wi-Fi and free video-on-demand offer entertainment and flexibility.

Three separate bedrooms offer you and your group plenty of space and privacy. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bathtub, ensuring a relaxing start to the day or peaceful evenings.
