This home was built in 2018 and includes 2 acres of property with mature oak, pine, and birch trees. The private retreat on Red Sand Lake provides a serene setting for your family to unwind. Enjoy the amazing views the minute you walk through the doors. This five bedroom, three bathroom allows you to have a quiet weekend on the lake with your family or invite the extended family for an up north adventure. Many things to enjoy include: a huge yard to play games, two patios, two fire pits, as well as a kayak, paddle board, and paddle boat to enjoy the lake. The home is just minutes away from the Madden’s and Cragun’s golf courses too.

Beautiful home with a beautiful lake view. The house is very spacious and the three bathrooms are large and updated. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was readily available to answer any questions that we had.

Great place and great host! We had 8 guys together for a weekend golf trip and this place worked out perfect! Close to all the Brainard golf courses. Host was super responsive and the house was in great shape. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place Jerr, we had a wonderful time and your home worked perfectly
