Cancun beachfront 417

Fantastic, serene and calm property. Very near to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.It is a beachfront property and they clean the sea weed so you can enjoy the calm waters. We could even see the fishes in the waters it was so clean. Apartment it was pretty clean with all things working and had enough cutlery (plates, bowls and glasses). Enough towels, gas stove, AC and all absolutely clean.

Not that I didn’t like but it could be a nice touch if they can keep complimentary new packaged bottle of water. There was a garrafon but it was almost empty. I had to get new one from vigilantes no trouble as such. Garrafones are available inside the property but we were tired so wanted to have some water right there. It is not a complaint though as once we bought the garrfone it was enough for whole of our stay of 4 days jaja.

The view from the room balcony was beautiful. It was so nice to be able to eat meals out there taking in the view and enjoying the breeze. Really liked the mini-splits in each of the bedrooms to keep them cool. Alessandra was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

We went to bed early and the party boats played pretty loud music coming and going were a bit annoying but they usually quieted down by 11:00 though. My wife had a folding powered mobility scooter. It would have been nice to have a small ramp to get onto the walkway to get to the elevator.

El área de la playa está bien ya que no hay casi sargazo, no hay basura (excepto alguna que deja la gente que no es del conjunto y llega a la playa) y el mar está muy tranquilo sin oleaje. La alberca la limpiaban diario al igual que las regaderas. La seguridad del conjunto y los vigilantes atentos.

Ayudaría tener una hoja informativa de check in e información general ya que se le informó a la anfitriona la hora de llegada al realizar la reservación, nunca nos indicó las instrucciones para abrir la puerta y me sorprendió que dijera que no podía ir a recibirnos ya cuando estábamos por llegar al conjunto sino más tarde. Aunque está algo viejo se debería de dar atención a ciertos aspectos que lo mejorarían como unas cortinas decentes en las recámaras, aire acondicionado en la sala ya que un ventilador no es suficiente, closet no abre bien, toallas de playa manchadas, desinfectar camas ya que nos picaron chinches, poner un tapete adicional de baño si la estancia es de más de 4 días, un trapo de cocina.... compré una escoba y cepillo de wc porque estaban asquerosos los que había. Si no te gusta el ruido este lugar no es para ti, desde las 9 am hay música de los barcos que llegan y salen del embarcadero de al lado y sigue hasta la noche con la música del hotel de al lado hasta las 10 pm y si hay fiesta hasta la madrugada.

Ubicación

Le falta un poco de mantención al lugar, es como una casa de playa no han renovado ollas mobiliario, funciona pero nada maravilloso, precio calidad sobrevalorado.
