Awesome place to call home for a night!

It was a good size. The beds were very comfortable. We came in the winter and it was nice that the place was a comfortable temperature. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were awesome! The funny notes at the entrance of the building made our dreary day a whole lot better. Lots of parking. Beautiful area for walking.

Only one thing , we were travelling with an older person, with a lot of soreness. When we ate she could not sit at the table, she needed a softer place. She sat on the couch, but there was no little table there for her to put her food or drink on. We mentioned this to the owners and they gave us a reasonable answer as to why no table. But I think maybe if there was a folding tray or something that might be good, especially for older ones. It’s sad when people rent a place and have no consideration for the place that is not theirs, and leave the owners to have to pay more to fix up the place then they receive from the rental. It’s those inconsiderate ones that we have to thank for things like a little table being gone. Such awful times we live in. I’m am so glad that these owners did not get discouraged and take this place off the market. It truly is a great place to stay

When we arrived, we were greeted by Ngum, which was nice. All information sent to us had detailed instructions on how to access the property and how to find the keys to the apartment. We loved our apartment that had a washing machine, which we put to good use. We loved being able to relaxed after a long drive. The property has extensive grounds which we didn't use but they looked lovely. There was some regeneration going on but that did not detract and I'm sure once finished, will only add to the property. We didn't have time to go into Orlēans so can't comment any further on location etc.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was quite spacious in a nice calm setting with a lovely view of the yard from the living room. It had everything we needed to cook at home & laundry facilities available. Had we not had other plans we would have extended our stay.

A pleasant studio apartment with a sofa bed.

The apartment was very clean and quite well equipped.

- It was not made clear in the advertisement that the bed was actually a sofa bed. Simply calling it a ‘studio’ does not make it clear. Although it was moderately comfortable we would have preferred a proper bed. - We could not get the induction hob to work, and although we called the contact number for advice, we were greeted by a recording and no one responded. - A small point - the kitchen area needs more lights. It was so dark we had to use the torches on our phones!

Spacious and cozy apartment in a quiet and quaint community close to Orleans; friendly hosts to boo.

Decided to spend one night in Orleans on our return to the Netherlands from Spain. The hosts were friendly and helpful, property access instructions were clear and easy, the apartment was comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. It's a large house located in the rural suburbs of Orleans in a very safe, serene and picturesque community. I even enjoyed a nice morning run around the neighborhood and its beautiful canal community. Would recommend!

Great value for what we expected and needed. The only minor feedback I'd offer would be equipping the beds with software mattresses or egg crate pillow tops for a more comfy sleep.

A large well equipped flat with all mod cons and a great shower. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Located at the edge of Combleux, a short drive from Orleans

Great positive booking experience!

This is an old house of rich family (maison) with very big territory (former park with lanes and forest) with recently renovated rooms inside. All furniture and technic is new, hosts are welcoming. The renovation process of other apartments in progress so we were probably the only people there that was also positive. Great unusual travel experience!

Since renovation is ongoing there are some side effect that are expected and understandable (not a problem). It would be good to remove some construction debris from the territory in front of house.

Superb

The host was very accommodating, the appartements were very well presented well decorated and clean. The location was peaceful and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

It appears the property is still being improved further so some renovations seem to be taking place. This caused no issues however. Once complete this will be a even nicer property to stay at.

Totalement dépaysant et reposant!

Le parc est des plus agréables.. Il crée une impression de calme et de sérénité propice à l'après travail! Le parking au pied de la maison est pratique et sécurisé du fait de l éloignement de la circulation extérieure. Le studio décoré avec gout et très calme favorise le repos et le sommeil.

Peut être le fait de dormir dans un convertible qui quoique confortable n'est pas des plus pratique pour profiter pleinement du studio...ceci dit peut être difficile de faire autrement :)

El edificio, efectivamente, tiene aspecto de mansión. Un edificio muy sobrio y rodeado de un entorno natural muy bonito, con árboles enormes. Tranquilidad y silencio. Disponibilidad de aparcamiento justo al lado.

El edificio, que tiene tres niveles, no cuenta con ascensor y la escalera, de madera y con tramos "de caracol", era de difícil y peligroso acceso y muy ruidosa. No apto para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad.

Superleuke dagen daar doorgebracht met wandelen in de omgeving en fietsen langs de Loire en kanaal.

Goede mooie locatie, voor 2 personen een prima studio met mogelijkheid om te koken. Voor ons waren alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Het was lekker stil bovenin het huis en het bleef ondanks het erg warme weer relatief koel in de studio. De ventilator die er stond deed het niet meer, dat hebben we doorgegeven. Aardige eigenaren.

Voor ons was de bedbank net wat aan de harde kant. Zal voor ieder persoonlijk zijn, wij zijn thuis een zachter matras gewend.

Perfetta struttura per godersi la visita a Orleans e dintorni .ottimo per famiglie

splendido posto subito fuori Orleans .La casa è all'interno di un vero e proprio parco dove mia figlia ha potuto divertirsi e giocare a lungo .Ospite molto disponibile .Parcheggio gratuito nella struttura , luogo riposante e silenzioso raggiungibile da Orleans in 10 minuti .Accanto alla struttura si trova caratteristica località (5 minuti a piedi ) sul fiume davvero molto bella ( consiglio cena al ristorante locale romantico e particolare ) . La stanza era un pochino diversa dalle foto mostrate , ma comunque ampia , pulita e confortevole.

Er was geen airco, wel een ventilator. Het dekbed was echt veel te warm, er lag een dik winterdekbed op. We hebben onze eigen slaapzak gebruikt. Er was koffie maar de filterzakjes ontbraken, dus koffie konden we niet zetten.

Einrichtung wirklich gut und funktional. Parkanlage ist sehr schön, aber haben wir leider nicht genutzt. Besonders der Radweg nach Orleans war traumhaft.

De rustige ligging, en de grote tuin. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een tv met o.a. Netflix en goede Wifi. De bedbank heeft een goed matras met een topper en ligt prima. In- en uitchecken gaat heel soepel.

Warum sollte man das Schlafsofa selbst zusammenbauen und das Bett selber überziehen bzw beim Auschecken wieder abziehen? Ich habe in einem Studio für Erwachsene und nicht in einer Jugendherberge übernachtet! Das geht überhaupt nicht!!!

Notre arrivée sans accueil humain, dans une propriété avec un terrain très mal entrenu!!! Des voitures à droites et des habitations sur la droite de l’allée.. et on ne sait pas si c’est là ou non, quand on arrive dans la nuit.. car terrain très sombre; Des tas de gravats de parts et d’autre de chaque côté de la maison, des piles de vieilles pallettes enfouies sous les mauvaises herbes qui enfouissent les gravats …et des camions de chantier de part et d’autres également Une porte d’entrée qui ouvre sur une cage d’escaliers brute de décoffrage, les 4 compteurs électriques apparents, pas d’armoire électrique .. Un escalier rond pour monter, très rustique dans son jus…. Avec des marches penchées….( pas très rassurant et pas pratique pour des personnes fortes ou à mobilité difficile..) Une télé sans chaînes françaises classiques (Appart 3) et télevision déréglée dans le studio … Des oreillers trop mous…. Couette trop courte pour 2 personnes dormant dans le canapé du studio( appartement 4) La petite marche de 3 cm devant le lit, qui est tres dangereuse ( appartement 3) 3 punaises vivantes et mortes, qui vous tombent dessus quand vous ouvrez le velux pour aérer la chambre. Les stores qui sont très fragiles et non pratiques pour cacher la lumière du jour…. Pas de prises de secteur murales autour du miroir dans la salle d’eau donc pas possible de se sécher les cheveux ou de se raser ou de se tondre …. Et des finitions de chantier très grossières, ( tâche de peintures ou de plâtre sur beaucoup de fenêtre …) Énorme joint de silicone sans la cabine de douche..) Une VMC, présente au dessus de la douche mais qui n’aspire rien donc si les loueurs n’ouvrent pas la fenêtre , votre salle d’eau va de détériorer très rapidement . Un accroche serviette qui tient à peine.. Un appartement froid ( tous les radiateurs éteints alors qu’il pleut depuis 8 jours et qu’il fait 16 degrés dehors..) dans toutes les pièces quand vous rentrez …
