A lot better than we expected for the price. I'm originally from Leicester, I know the area to be quite rough and not people friendly, however totally different from what I expected. Lovely people all round and much higher standard of room than we expected for the small price we paid and we stayed an extra night

Near to amenities.
No responsible person at the reception. Fridge was not working. Bathroom needs rectified, soap tray, toilet holder, etc. Fridge was not working, luckily we didn't have any food bought.

It was decently clean and spacious, also very close to the city centre which was great for working at the Curve
It had an odd smell when we arrived so we had to purchase air fresheners, also the surrounding area is quite rough and noisy. Was woken up constantly to people shouting and screaming in the street outside
