Location was decent but no parking, easy to walk into city centre

Was ok. Not clean to my standard. Shoddy in places. Location made up for it. 24 hour reception was good.
The cleanliness. It needed doing up a bit. Room 401 was shoddy. Shower fell so you couldn't stand underneath it. However, linen and towels were very clean.

I liked the convenience of having a concierge for key collection. The bed was comfortable, and the bed sheets were clean.
I didn't like the strong smell of tobacco throughout the apartment. It was also quite dirty, the shower attachment in the bath was broken, and the overall standard of cleanliness was poor.
