I rented this place due to.its location right in the centre of hinckley and was very good for what I needed to stay for.

My only complaint is regarding the size of the shower, I am on the larger size and I could not safely fit in and use the shower.

This property was excepionally clean and well set up. Everything was well maintained and had everything you would need for a much longer stay than three nights. I had a good experience staying here and would stay again if I needed too, it is very close to all the shops and easy access to the Town centre and theatre.

Accessing the property was easy if you followed the instructions, access via a small rough cobbled passageway through a rickety gate and around the back if the building in a rough court yard. Looking at whats happening in these buildings I think it will be improved in the future. As you enter the building you ascend stairs to the first floor where the bedroom is simply furnished, over looking the High Street (I live in the Country and the thin curtains did not make the room dark due to the street lights on all night). The bathroom is on the same floor which was small but very well laid out for its size, and very modern. Only because of my size I found the shower cubical to be very small, but this did not stop me using it. You then ascend another set of stairs to the top floor and the well laid out and equiped kitchen, again very modern with good quality equipment. Next door is the living room again simply furnished, with a bed settee sofa which is very low, as a pensioner this was too low for me to use but the area was comfortable sitting at the dining table. However I would stay here again if visiting by myself again. I dont drive but if I did parking would be an issue

The whole property was lovely and was located very close to the centre hotel a two minute walk to the start of the High Street. The property was clean with all amenities up-to-date and very convenient. My only issue was because I’m 6 foot two. I found the shower quite small for me, but everything else was perfect.

Location was excellent for us. It had been a long time since I had been back to Hinckley, so was ok once we sussed out where to park.

The entrance and access was quite dangerous, it could be a lovely court yard. There was lots of cleaning stuff everywhere, but the cleaner needs the sack ! It didn’t feel clean or smell clean. Such a shame! Would visit again , but would ask for an extra clean. David was very helpful when messaging and attentive.
