Großzügige Räumlichkeiten in zentraler Lage mit jeder Menge Attraktionen im näheren Umfeld und guter Anbindung an das Zentrum Neapels.
Nichts hat uns nicht gefallen 😀😀.

The cleanliness was excellent, nearby beaches were great, and there were many restaurants and shops close by.
The terrace is shared, the parking is private but tight, and the loungers are uncomfortable.

- En ce qui me concerne, l'atout majeur de ce logement réside dans la possibilité de garer mon véhicule en toute sécurité à l'intérieur de la propriété, grâce à un portail coulissant équipé d'un cadenas.
- L'appartement, situé en rez-de-chaussée, est un avantage considérable, notamment pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, avec seulement deux marches pour accéder à l'intérieur. De plus, la présence de barreaux aux fenêtres offre une tranquillité d'esprit appréciable lorsqu'on souhaite laisser les fenêtres ouvertes.
- L'appartement est équipé de la climatisation dans les chambres et la pièce principale.
- La salle de bain est neuve et comprend une cabine de douche ainsi qu'un lave-linge.
