Walking distance to many things. The wash machine was a big plus, having stayed so many nights. Warm, quiet. Supermarket right out your door. We come home very late most nights and felt safe in the area.
There could be a few more kitchen items. Maybe since we stayed so long we needed them more than others. Also a list with things like where to dispose of garbage. Number for emergency. Smoke detectors. Could just be we are American and use to different things.
