Good value accommodation in excellent location and very friendly host.

The annex was excellently located for walking into Truro centre with no hills. Natasha was very kind, attentive and friendly; Snow is a beautiful dog who would have loved to be friends, but I am allergic so she looked sad.

The annex showed signs of age and would benefit from a thorough clean. The steps from the road were steep with several turns which made it difficult for less mobile guests with bags to carry.

Lovely host

We had a self contained annex. Our host was very nice and very helpful. Would stay there again if we are down that way in the future. Location was very good, only a short walk into the city center.

Overall, it was so lovely to stay here.

Host was so polite and welcoming. She was checking if are ok or not. I really suggest this place for couples. Lovely dog used to visit and was so friendly dog which me and my partner love it. Spent really good time there. Specially that pet dog😍. Superstore are located near to this place . City centre as well.

The only thing i can say needs proper maintenance in garden.

Lovely, cosy accommodation

A lovely, cosy, self-contained studio set in a garden of the host's home, but with easy, independent access. Very short walk to the station and town centre, yet a quiet and peaceful street. Sunny spot just outside to sit and dine if you wish, but spacious enough and comfortable inside if the weather isn't with you, especially for a solo traveller. Well equipped with everything you need for a stay. There is no TV, but the Wifi is plenty good enough to stream video if that's what you want. Parking in the day is residents' permits ( no restrictions overnight) but the host is able to make necessary arrangements if needed , and it was easy to park nearby. The host, Natasha, was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful, including helping me with my bag up the steps others have mentioned. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value, I would definitely stay again.

Location was great! Just a short walk to the train station. Very clean. Dog on property was very sweet and friendly

Space is pretty small, would be difficult to have more than 2 people, but that worked fine for us.

Perfect location for me and very quiet and comfortable

The location was an easy walk from the train station. Natasha and her lovely friendly dog were waiting for me and I was shown into the garden room. It was warm, cosy, and Natasha had left snacks and tea, coffee. I had everything I needed for my two night stay. It was very quiet, and a short walk to town and some great cafes. I would stay again, Natasha is very relaxed, friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal for me as I was visiting a friend in hospital so I was going back and forth to the train station and catching busses.
