La gentillesse de la propriétaire, l’emplacement, la propreté. Une supérette juste en dessous de l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique.
Les douches (débordement d’eau dans toute la pièce qui n’est pas très grande) pas d’endroit où poser nos vêtements

La mauvaise localisation de l’immeuble, route très dangereuse pour y arriver. Le balcon inaccessible avec la vue sur la mer. Mauvaise communication avec l’hôte.
