Jois House

Quiet area and really clean property lots of space. Location is really convenient not too far from airport and near to Aewol coast. Host was easy to communicate with. It has both a washing machine and dryer which makes it extra convenient

Very minor issue but it does not supply full length bath towels. But there are plenty of smaller towels that still do the job.

Location was quiet and house was clean and cozy.

1. During 2nd morning stay, owner keyed in access code to main door and tried to enter the house. My son was alone in house and was shocked to see that someone opened the main door. There was no prior notification on this. Owner said he was with government officer to spot check the house and therefore opened the main door to bring the government officer in. After seeing my son was still in the house, they left without doing their spot check. My whole family was pertified when we got back know that happened. However, not wanting to ruin our holiday we decided to stay on in the house. Nothing bad happened after that after the owner apologised and promised he will not do that again. Sharing this experience for awareness and hope that the owner will do better in future. 2. The door under the stairs opens on own after being closed. At first I thought it was paranormal activities, but not. It's actually the side wall of the door being a partition wall and filmsy. when you press down on the wall while coming down the stairs, the door will open up.
