Excellent location at the heart of Hampstead but still very quiet at night. Comfy beds. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. Very nice overall!
The second bedroom is a little tight and we could have done with more seats to relax in the living room for our party of 4.

The layout of the flat with the two top floors of the building was nice as was the location in the middle of Hampstead and next to the tube station (which was on strike unfortunately)
The condition of the flat left much to desire. Two of three bathroom sinks were clogged, the window of the living room did not close properly and one of the bathroom doors did not close properly either. The tenant promised to send someone over twice but on each occasion no one showed up.
