The Wee Cottage

One block from the beach Wi-Fi worked very well Bathroom and kitchen, though tiny, are clean and remodeled fairly recently. Two nice beach bikes available (rent or BYO lock as none provided) Cabana for beach provided; beach chairs on property are camp style so we rented reclining ones. Exterior paint job is fairly new and cheerful.

Overall kind of dark and dingy feel, some surprisingly old or stained items like the main bedspread. No central air; ceiling fans and open windows worked for us but if it had been warmer I think it may have been uncomfortable. (There are two window AC units, one in living room, one in bedroom.) A sofa bed is advertised for use but when I checked it out I would not have wanted to sleep on it—one of those old metal frames and a super thin mattress.
