Brand new apartment with everything you need for you summer holiday on Ligurian coast. Easy communication, everything explained. 5 min walk to a free beach, even closer to Loano centre...2 large balconies, A/C, elevator, great mountain view...no mosquitos :) closed parking with shadow for almost the whole day...and of course Finale bike trails ;)
Nothing...p.s.: don't worry about the trains...at the 4th floor you will barely notice them, the nights are quiet and during the day you are at the beach or on trails :)

Appartamento discreto, molto caro, va gestito da qualcun altro purtroppo! Ferrovia proprio affianco!
Appartamento abbastanza nuovo e dotato di buoni servizi (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata.....). Comoda la posizione sia vicina alla spiaggia che centro città. Purtroppo l'appartamento era molto sporco al nostro arrivo (probabilmente le pulizie non erano state fatte dopo il soggiorno precedente) e al secondo sollecito è stata mandata un'impresa di pulizie (il lavoro fatto è stato comunque mediocre). Attenzione: appartamento ubicato proprio affianco alla ferrovia quindi c'è il problema di dormire la notte causa passaggio treni.
Il "gestore" da remoto (nessuno si trova in loco per accogliervi), tale Andrea, non ci ha dato il supporto di cui avevamo bisogno (le sue lacune nel supportare gli ospiti sono state anche confermate da personale dell'hotel che si trova nella stessa struttura). Per ottenere le informazioni basilari (self-check in, password wi-fi, info sui servizi di gestione appartamento) occorreva sempre e ripetutamente scrivergli tramite WhatsApp e chiamarlo (e non sempre rispondeva al tel). Purtroppo l'appartamento era molto sporco al nostro arrivo (probabilmente le pulizie non erano state fatte dopo il soggiorno precedente). Attenzione (non in descrizione): l'appartamento si trova proprio affianco alla ferrovia quindi c'è il problema di dormire la notte causa passaggio treni. Il divano-letto per i bambini ha un materasso tutto ricurvo e davvero molto molto scomodo !!!!
