Excellent stay at Hvar Place

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Hvar Place. The property and gardens are very beautiful and so relaxing and is located 10 minute walk to Stari Grad which is so pretty and full of amazing restaurants. Tea and her dad were perfect hosts - so friendly and helpful and full of amazing suggestions (we followed them all)! We would definitely return.

Incredible hospitality. Tea is absolutely amazing in her character as well as supportiveness. I could feel how much she cares about me as her guest at any given time. She shared so many ideas, tips, and thoughts that helped me to get around the island, saved a lot of time and highly impacted the quality of my stay. I've had an excellent time with you, Tea, thank you! Would give more stars if I could.

Would give more stars if I could for this unique experience. If you are working, be aware that the Wifi can get poor once in a while sometimes. This can easily be fixed with enough mobile data that you either bring or purchase for a very affordable price (20€ for 120 GB!!) at a tobacco shop. I had perfect mobile data connection all over the island (except inside old buildings with big walls)

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a quiet and peaceful location with amazing views.

This is a gorgeous property in a very peaceful location 15 minutes walk away from Stari Grad centre which is beautiful. The design and layout of the apartment is perfect. Everything has been thought of. Tea and her dad looked after us so well, communicating with us about everything and giving us helpful advice about where to eat and visit. We can't recommend this enough.

My Place Hvar = Best Place Hvar!

Beautiful place. Everything was clean and new. The owners (Tea and her father) are super sweet people. Really helpful in providing tips and even drove us to the port for the ferry. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Great location, super apartment, and the perfect host!

Excellent apartment, comfy beds, and a great garden with a pool and shared chill-out space including free coffee. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, including picking us up and dropping us off at the ferry port a short drive away. Highly recommended!

Starigrad is a nice place to visit and My Place Hvar offers great location to explore the island.

Excellent location, quiet with nice walk into Starigrad Centre. Facilities were modern and well equipped. Host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful haven that we will be coming back to.❤️

This accommodation is absoloutely stunning and is immaculately clean with everything you need. It’s very tastefully decorated and Tea and Verko could not do enough for us and are amazing. We stayed for 5 nights on 1st June 2025. It’s a short walk in to a lovely beach and walk in to Stari Grad. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars and a supermarket nearby too. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. Tea and Verko took us to Hvar for the evening and picked us up and dropped us to the ferry port and were extremely helpful about where to go and see locally too. The garden is beautiful with a gorgeous pool and it’s so peaceful. There is nothing to dislike at all. Absolute 10/10 for us.

A home away from home

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at My Place in Hvar and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this stunning island. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The host, Verko went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself is beautifully maintained and spotless, with a modern yet cozy vibe. My room had a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a short walk to the port of Stari Grad, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Whether we were exploring the local beaches, wineries, enjoying a meal in one of the excellent nearby restaurants, or just relaxing on the terrace with a glass of local wine, everything was within easy reach. What really stood out, though, was the personal touch: great recommendations for local spots from Verko and his wife Tea, thoughtful amenities, and just a very welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

My Place Hvar, Stari Grad

We loved everything. Our host Verko and Tea were fantastic, Tea messaged us before our holiday and arranged for Verko to meet us off the ferry from Split and take us to My Place Hvar. The place was stunning, lovely pool area, garden, communal kitchen and lounge area to chill and read a book. It has all been lovingly designed and thought out. We loved chilling around the pool and instantly relaxed from day one. We were shown to our first floor apartment which was beautifully fitted and soon felt like home. It was well kitted out, comfy bed, super shower, great little kitchen and a large balcony with a stunning view over the olive grove to the sea. The apartment was a 10 minute stroll to the sea and another 5 minutes stroll in to Stari Grad. Stari Grad is an old, pretty, welcoming and relaxing town. Great choice of restaurants and a couple of cocktail bars; very chilled. To sum up, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning 1 bed apartment with a lovely shared pool, and fantastic hosts. My Place Hvar ticks all the boxes. We can't wait to go back.
