We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The view was absolutely stunning, and the nearby beaches were beautiful, especially the sandy beach, which is perfect for families with children. The Wi-Fi and TV worked perfectly, and communication with the hosts was easy and pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the air conditioning is available for an additional fee. This is clearly stated in the listing, but I overlooked it when booking, so it was my own mistake. We also experienced a small issue where the coin machine sometimes counted a €2 coin as €1. We informed the hosts, and they said they would recalibrate it. I only mention this so future guests are aware.

Der Blick war schon überragend, bei schönem Wetter schön in der Liege liegen oder draußen frühstücken/ Abend essen war selbst im April schon möglich. Steiler, enger Aufstieg zur Wohnung (nicht, dass uns das gestört hätte, aber nur als generelle Info). Lage perfekt, Wohnung modern und alles drin, was man braucht. Parkplätze reichlich direkt vor der Tür, sehr praktisch. Direkt um die Ecke ein Pub, der auch bspw. Champions League live überträgt. Super Kommunikation mit Hosts. Fazit: Alles top.

Location and the view, bus stop is nearby.
The apartment is very cold in winter and you have to pay for heating/AC. You can’t use all of the facilities in the penthouse. There was a sewere smell now and then!?
