La ubicación ya que estábamos muy cerca de Aranda del Duero para los conciertos y el espacio disponible que teníamos en la casa.

Quizás se podría mejorar la privacidad y la independencia de las zonas comunes. Pero muy muy contentos con el sitio y con la casa.

En general, todo. El trato de Concha fue excepcional; atenta, dispuesta y encantadora. Descansamos cómodamente y nos dió pena cuando marchamos. La ubicación estupenda, tranquila e ideal para relajarse.

Nos alojamos en una habitación cuadruple con bajo compartido, la anfitriona estuvo atenta y amable en todo momento. Cuidado y limpieza de la casa, fácil aparcamiento y un trato cordial y muy bueno.

Las camas eran un poquito incomodas y las almohadas muy blandas y bajas.

The property itself left a lot to be desired. It accommodates 10 to 12 people, but everyone has to share just one toilet and shower, which is completely impractical. The kitchen was in poor condition, the living room felt like a personal lived-in space rather than guest quarters, and the outdoor area was neglected and unkept. To make matters worse, there were unexpected hidden costs tucked in the fine print. We were almost overcharged for our small Bichon (they tried to charge €10 for a big dog instead of €5 for a small one), and they even tried to charge us €5 for a single coffee with hot water! On a positive note, it was cool enough to sleep without air conditioning. The host was likely trying to be friendly, but she spoke exclusively in Spanish despite us explaining we didn't understand her, and she followed us around in a way that felt uncomfortable. Great neighborhood, but I cannot recommend staying here.
