was absolute gold. He stayed on the phone with me, drove out to meet us at the nearest point, guided me to a repair shop, and personally drove my family safely to the chalet so they could rest. It was a remarkably supportive and noble gesture that is rare to find, and I am deeply grateful for his help.
As for the chalet, it was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone. Whatever you need during your stay, Dr. Mahmoud is always there to support you just like a brother.

It was very nice and very clean
It was loud and noisy outside spacial late night around the swimming pools and the lifts were not working very well
